- The 48th annual Elmira Maple Syrup Festival officially gets underway!
- Pancakes are served just off the downtown mall. Follow the signs or ask one of our many volunteers for directions.
- All vendors in our downtown mall are open for business and ready to serve.
- Our newly expanded kids area opens in front of the Woolwich Memorial Centre.
- Demonstrations of old fashioned maple syrup toffee making begin in Gore Park.
- The annual Boy Scout log sawing demonstration begins. Join in the fun!
8am
- Old MacDonald's Farm is open for kid friendly farm fun.
- The Craft and Quilt show is open for business. Located in the gymnasium of Elmira District Secondary School.
- The Toy Show is open for business. The official toy bank is available for sale at this venue.
8:30am
- The Antique Show is open for business.
9am
- Sugar Bush tours begin. Join us for a behind the scenes look at how maple syrup gets from the sugar bush to your pancakes!
10am
- First dog show of the day starts in the Dan Snyder Memorial Arena.
11am
- Pancake flipping contest. Join us inside the Dan Snyder Memorial Arena for the always wacky and entertaining pancake flippiung contest. Who will walk away with the coveted Sap BucketTrophy this year?
12:30pm
- Second dog show begins.
2pm
- Third and final dog show of the day begins.
3pm
- Sugar Bush tours wrap up for this festival year.
4pm
- The 48th annual Elmira Maple Syrup Festival comes to a close. We hope you had a great time and we can't wait to see you again next year!
