Main Street Elmira transforms into a kilometre of temptations! This is the heart of the Elmira festival. The street is lined with booths where craftspeople from the local communities and surrounding area sell their handmade products. And food! The air is full of appetizing scents and flavours, from maple products of all descriptions to sausage and sauerkraut on a bun, from home-made preserves to piping hot apple fritters.
