Pancake Passion!
Take 15,000 pancakes, add 725 litres of Maple Syrup, and you’ve got breakfast! That’s what Festival-goers put back every year, hot off the griddle, smothered in Waterloo County Maple Syrup, and served up with coffee or milk for just $3 or $4. Come to Wyatt Street next to the Mall, and let one of our hundreds of volunteers take your order and serve up a heaping mound of the Festival’s secret recipe pancakes.
